《Bionic Bay: 換影循跡》是一款由台灣遊戲團隊「心流遊戲」與曾經參與知名獨立遊戲《BADLAND》系列的芬蘭美術「Mureena」合作多年所開發出來的平台動作解謎遊戲,從一開始團隊學生時期的原型《Swaportal》在 reddit 討論板上被注意到,到後來正式形成跨國的合作開發,也參與了台灣第一屆的「獨立遊戲開發獎勵計畫」,歷經長期的產品內容、關卡設計、視覺體驗等各方面的疊代,分別獲得 2024 年 BitSummit 的創新賞以及 2025 年台北電玩展 Indie Game Award 的最佳遊戲設計等獎項,也在 Steam 上獲得極度好評的玩家評價。本月分享會邀請到心流遊戲的共同創辦人來國彥(來來),以座談的方式來跟參與者們進行交流,聊聊開發上與推廣上遭遇的挑戰,解決過的有趣問題,以及一些給其他開發者朋友們的心得和建議。有興趣的開發者朋友們不要錯過囉!

Bionic Bay is a 2D puzzle platformer with a unique position swapping mechanic and realistic physics simulation, created by Taiwanese studio Psychoflow, in long-time collaboration with Finnish artist Mureena, known for his work on the indie hit BADLAND. What began as the student prototype Swaportal—spotted on Reddit—grew into a full-fledged, cross-border project and was selected for Taiwan’s first-ever indie-game-focused government grant. After years of iteration on gameplay, design, and visual style, Bionic Bay captured the Innovation Outlaw award at BitSummit 2024 and the Best Design award at Taipei Game Show’s 2025 Indie Game Awards, and is currently very positively reviewed on Steam. 

For this month’s meetup we’ve invited Kevin Lai, co-founder of Psychoflow, for an open discussion about the project’s journey. We will talk about the hurdles the team faced in development and marketing, creative solutions to unusual problems, and some takeaways and advice for fellow developers. We welcome everyone interested in learning more about the making of the game to join us for the discussion!
